THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND COMPLETED THE JOB TO MY SATISFACTION IN A TIMELY MANNER AND HE PROVIDED AN EXPLANATION OF HIS WORK. THEY REPAIRED THE CABLE, REALIGNED AND LUBRICATED THE DOOR AND LEFT THE PLACE SPOTLESS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING MORIN & PEPIN GARAGE DOOR.

Made 3 appointments they were no call no show. I called a 4th time to talk to a supervisor. The operator said they would pass the message on and someone would get back to me as soon as possible. That was 2 weeks ago.
